Academy ScrimmageFest is pre-season "friendly" style tournament held in August and March each year.

Frederick Fours League is the local league for 7U and 8U players. The games are played 4 v 4 in a "Dual Field" format. This allows for the formation of larger teams for training purposes (say 10-12 players) but still has the players playing the right size game for their age. The structure helps with staffing as you won't need a coach for each small 4 v 4 team. These games are also a single site/day arrangement. Games are on Saturdays at noon (7U) and 1:30 (8U) at Ballenger Creek Park
